Children's Therapy Service is expanding their scopes to include caring everyday for the youngest of our children in town. Focusing on the sensory development and needs of the child, starting at birth, will be the foundation for Little Owl's Preschool & Daycare. By blending philosophy's from Montessori, Reggio-Emilia, Waldorf and traditional education, the staff are preparing to create an environment of constant support of developmentally appropriate discoveries. The atmosphere and learning environment will feel unique from the moment you enter through the door. Natural light pours in over neutral, wood-tone, sophisticated materials. Each material brought in is intentionally introduced, placed on the shelf and used with grace. There are beautiful materials for climbing, swinging, feeling, and hearing. All students will be supplemented with care from the highly trained therapists of Children's Therapy Services next door to compliment all of their sensory needs. Anticipated opening date is late April, they are accepting enrollment right now and take children from 6 weeks old through 5 years.
